If they're doing it from the Palm VII device, yes. If they're doing it
with their desktop web browser at http://www.palm.net then the answer is
no.

Well, for now it's just technobabble :-) Were you just curious or was
there a particular reason for asking? It is really just hardware
diagnostics and not of much use to normal people.
