Mac Pac error number?

I have a user reporting with the following hardware and reporting the
following error when hotsyncing.

Where can I find the meaning of this error?

Palm IIIx, Mac Pac 2, Keyspan adapter, and a Blue and White G3 400MHz running
OS 8.5.1.

The Hot Sync log says Install Conduit "Failed with error number 25616".
