Hi,

Here's my scenario:

I'm writing an IR-based game with the exchange manager (nothing fancy,
comparable to IR chess or something), and am trying to code the
"negotiation" for starting a game. That is, the initiator of the game beams
the request to the other handheld, who is then presented with an Alert that
asks if that person WANTS to start a game, and (s)he can tap "Yes" or "No".
Either way, I want to beam that result back to the first device
IMMEDIATELY. However, when I try to do so from inside PilotMain (where the
Exchange manager must be invoked to receive beams, according to O'Reilly),
It won't let me beam back a response. More correctly, it TRIES to beam back
the response, but returns an error to the effect of "Not enough memory to
complete beam", and then just progresses through the program as if the beam
had gone through.

Any tips for how I can get this kind of negotiation behavior to work? I
only need to be able to do this when starting and (voluntarily) ending
games, but it is crucial.

Thanks in advance,
-Pete
