Could someone from Palm please shed some light here? The problem is generating registration codes from HotSync ID. The code is generated by processing a string in two places: -On a web site from a user entered string (maybe the hex ascii codes). -On a Palm device, from the string returned by DlkGetSyncInfo. What is special about this string on Japanese Palm device, i.e., what instructions can be given to user to enter this string (in hex if necessary) to a web form? Thanks, Jim Anderson Handwave
