SelectOneTime is new. It was just added in Palm OS 3.1 so you can't use
it on a Palm III or lower device. You can use it on a Palm IIIx or V or
VII when the SDK headers get released, or hopefully somebody at Palm
Computing can give out the relevant header snippet now.
The draft Reference.pdf book includes this version information but the
Knowledge Base article apparently doesn't. Doc bug!
