You can convert it to a 2-bit bitmap using any gfx package.  Then put it
into constructor.  You have to give it an odd name, you start the name with
/-2/* where * is the name of the resource. Check the CW help file under
"bitmaps".  Also, you need to kick the Palm into 2 bit mode.  I don't
remember exactly how to do this (there is a system function call in 3.X
OSes).  See the article on greyscale at palm.com/devzone.  There is a
whitepaper on it by bob ebert.

Using Codewarrior's constructor I have a color bitmap which of course isn't

with it's colors if I'm using WinDrawBitmap.
