Agreed. I wasn't going to argue about it this time. Among other
things, I found that the old behavior (not erasing) could lead to sloppy
code that would (say) call FrmDrawForm profusely whenever anything on
screen needed to be redrawn. That's slow and burns cycles and
batteries, right? So after correcting one's code for this, one probably
ends up with better redraw logic. At least mine got much better.

Gee, I spent some effort convincing folks around here that you guys
certainly would _not_ yank this change for a second time!

Last week's Developer Newsletter does state a target release month and
supported models. But you could have missed it while scrolling farther
down to read the big annoying ad about my application. :-)
