The UI resources for Datebook and Address aren't actually generated with
Constructor - they predated Constructor, well at least the Constructor
which supported Palm OS development. The resources were created by hand
with ResEdit.
We haven't taken the time to convert over to using Constructor for them,
therefore the uMWC resources aren't in each of the files, therefore you
don't get the warning.
