I am still having problems finding a bug that causes a field.c line 100 error, invalid field length. POSE Gremlin detects an error after 400,000 steps (takes a while to get there). I have an editable field, and use only FldDelete and FldInsert to change the data. The field width (char) property is set to 30. I cannot find anything that could cause this and cannot manually cause the failure to occur. Whenever this error occurs, the field is maxed at 30 chars and POSE has tried to enter additional characters but the field char limit stops (or should stop) them from being displayed. When I do this manually, I get no error. But when POSE finally detects this and stops, I can click the mouse on that field and it will continue to generate the error. If I backspace a char and click on the field, no error. If I add the char back and click the field, no error. Does anyone have any tips to avoid such errors with fields?
