Link Errors

I am getting the following link errors when building my application in CW.
any ideas on why?  I cannot find any documentation on them anywhere:

Link Error   : pocket scan.c: '__rt_ultoi64' referenced from
'EtcPunchHandler' is undefined.

Link Error   : pocket scan.c: '__rt_cmps64' referenced from
'EtcPunchHandler' is undefined.
