I've seen problems like this, but they should have been fixed in d27:

* Fixed a bug in the Gremlins facility that validates forms and form
     objects before trying to manipulate any of them. A call to
     FrmGetObjectType would occassionally return garbage, leading the
     rest of the function astray. [Scott Maxwell]

If you're getting this in d28 (you do say you're using the "latest copy"), I'd
like to be able to reproduce it here.

Subject:  POSE problem

Well I figured out why POSE Gremlin detects error on one system
and not the other. Well not really but I did find that I was
running a different version of POSE.

I now have the latest copy of POSE that has more configuration
options.

My problem now is that I get warnings about ever couple of steps;
all the same. The warning says there is a FormObject with ID of 65535,
located at 0,0,0,0 with width of 0. I have no such object.

Anyone know what causes this?
