Getting Application Resource String

All, 

I would like to get the application string that is defined in the
Constructor and displayed in the Info screen.  I believe that this is stored
in a resource record in the prc, I am curious as to which one. I thought
this was discussed a while ago, so I looked around but could not find
anything in the KB, etc.
