ok.. this is taken from the following file:
$INCLUDE/PalmOS/UI/Font.h
---
enum fontID {
stdFont = 0x00,
boldFont,
largeFont,
symbolFont,
symbol11Font,
symbol7Font,
ledFont,
largeBoldFont,
fntAppFontCustomBase = 0x80
};
---
this means that the font "symbolFont" is actually font 0x03
IN CODE
---
FntSetFont(symbolFont); or
FntSetFont(0x03);
---
IN .rcp (non CW users)
---
LABEL "..." ID .. AT (X Y) FONT 3
BUTTON "..." ID .. AT (X Y W H) FONT 3
---
check the pilrc users guide for more..

not a "stupid" question.. but i should point out to
everyone that the HEADER files are the MOST important
source of information for anything dealing with the
PalmOS.
forget about the PDF files.. (they are ALWAYS full
of errors - or very bad explanations).. learn your
C.. understand the headers.. and YOU can never be
wrong.. the headers are what are used to check your
code.. use them as your resource.
cheers.
