Metrowerks constructor question

One thing that I don't like about the Constructor (I have version 1.1.3) is
that
the view of the form is not draw to scale.

I find it very difficult to decide where to place my UI objects until I
compile and see how it looks in POSE or on my PalmV.

Am I missing an obvious option that would draw the screen more to scale ?

I am running on Win98 in case that matters.
