Comment on 3.3 PDF Documentation

Agh!! The pros and cons of PDF have been argued here, and I don't want 
to start that again. But, these PDF files are that horrible kind that 
resize and reposition the Acrobat Reader window the way *they* want, 
not the way *I* had it set. This is totally unacceptable. The 3.1 
documentation was not this way.
