Thanks so much for such a quick response.  I tried the link you gave me, but
unfortunately the page did not exist.  I did a search on the PalmGear web
site to see if you posted Hot Date on that Web site.  You did and
fortunately there I found the link to the Hot Date program.  The link listed
at PalmGear was http://www.america.com/~chrisf/web/pilot/pilot.html.  I took
a brief look at your source code.  Thanks -  this is what I've been looking
for.  Besides the 3Com's built-in applications' source code, did you have
any documentation to work from?

I do that in Hot Date.  I use the routines from the Datebook source, though
I've added a little here and there.  Using their code is definitely the way
to go..
