I'd say that CodeWarrior on a Mac is the most mature and stable dev
platform for Palm now. There are some tools on Mac that aren't a PC
(currently?) and I do use them with some regularity. Plus, CW is
better on mac, since it was just ported to windows about 1-2 years
ago.
