That's it. There is a "POSE - Profile" which has a special "Profile" menu
that you can use to start/stop profiling and dump the profiling information.
The dump generates two files: a ".mwp" file which is made to be used by MW
Profiler on the Mac, and a text file containing the same results, suitable
for import in a spreadsheet program.
I highly recommend that you use profiling with MW Profiler on the Mac, it is
extremely useful and educative about the way your application behaves. You
can severely optimize your code by usually tuning the few functions which
are the most often used.
