Not that I'm aware of. There are Oracle, Sybase, and Pervasive relational
tools out there, but I don't know how cleanly they work with the Metrowerks
(or any other) SDK.

If you're using OS 3.0 or greater, with stable, unchanging uniqueIDs for
records, it shouldn't be too tough if all you need to do is set up records
that point to other records. Records IDs don't work unless you never add or
delete records--they shift. However, there is no support for typical
relational functionality like you might get with SQL. You pretty much have
to roll your own higher-level capabilities.
