Has anyone else encountered the situation where putting the appropropriate
settings (serSettingsFlagCTSAutoM | serSettingsFlagRTSAutoM) into the flag word
that is passed into the SerSetSettings function, seems to have no effect on
serial functionality?
Specifically, the PalmOS device does not seem to shut down the sending device
soon enough to prevent its incoming buffer from overflowing.
Is this a known problem that others have experienced?
