When you press the green power key to turn the device off, a keyDown
event is generated. The key character is hardPowerChr and the
commandKeyMask bit of the modifiers will be set. If the device reaches
its auto off time, a keyDown event is generated, with the key character
being autoOffChr and the commandKeyMask modifiers bit set.
