"Date Book" format in PC.

Hi.

I am new to this mailing list.

I was wondering if there is anyway to access "Date Book" database
from a regular c program in PC.

Does anybody know any libray or format specification available for "Date
Book" application in PC ? (One stored in PC, not in palm pilot) ?
