Probably, the resource database just didn't get opened. For apps, PalmOS
will open it for you, but not for libraries. Before you use the form,
open the resource database for your library (it should be on the palm,
as it was on your .pdb project).
Close the database when you don't need it anymore, or else you may
disrupt the application. PalmOS searches resources on most recently
opened databases first, so if you leave the DB open, the app may load
your resources by mistake.
