Unfortunately for merges, no. The patch will upgrade your R5 install to a
level higher even than the Pro 4 patch. Because of that the components are
not compatible.
If you install them separately into separate folders though, you will still
be able to share Metronub after the patch is installed (only the one from
Pro 4 is needed).
