As much as I too dislike the off-topic nature of "some" of the
e-mails -- This *is* a mailing list for "palm developers" and therefore I am
willing to let a few e-mails slide in the hopes that one point about palms,
bitmaps, and data-bases will address a point that I had not thought about.
I have no problem sharing my insight with a newbie about a C related/palm
dev. problem and if I was in the same position I would hope the same
courtesy would be bestowed towards me. Therefore, until the time comes when
there is a "palm-tech-dev-no-palms-bitmap-database-questions-allowed"
mailing list you are just going to have to deal (as will most of us). These
types of inquiries are pointless and just spawn more mail (like this one).
