I had to temporarily turn off stack checking some time back because of bugs in
my implementation. But even if that feature were still there and worked
correctly, it would not be fooled by changing stack pointers. There are
applications out there that do that already and Poser has to allow for them.

I don't have a comment on the mechanism, except to mention that
messing with A7 might confuse Palm OS Emulator.  It has some sort of
stack checking built in which may not expect it.  You may want to
check with Keith Rollin on this.
