Fonts: Smaller Cap Font needed

I have a some text that I need to display in all caps.  The area
to display this text is a little too small for the standard font.

Is there a font that is slightly smaller than the standard font that:

1) is public domain
2) works with most newer palms (2.0 OS and higher)

Can this font be mixed with other fonts, if it exists?
Where can one find such a font?
