Prepare for flame as I'm sure some will abuse me for this somewhat off-topic
question...

I've been using CW on NT for a year now and have done fairly well but I find
more and more that I'm not really happy with an IDE. Before CW I was using
GCC on Linux (RH5.0) and I'm now considering switching back. My machine is
already setup to dial-boot NT and RedHat 6.0 so I downloaded and built most
of the distribution last night. I'm getting strange errors with strdup in
gdb_string.h when building the debugger. It's saying strdup is a macro
that's already defined. Has anyone else seen this? I got another strange
error in prc-tools building gdbpanel. I'm not at the office today and don't
have the exact errors.

I just wanted to see if anyone had managed to get the 0.5.0 version of
prc-tools (and it's patched peripheral packages :) to build on RedHat 6.0.

TIA,

-Paul
