Palm OS 513 error?

Hi, I wrote a palm application which is pretty big(13000 line).
I wrote 2 functions today. It compiles and created the PRC file.
But when I install it to the emulator it give me an error:
"Could not install the Palm OS file abc.prc , because Palm OS error 513
occured."

Anybody has any idea on this error?
