No - I had not done it before (with simulator - I do it all the time with
Mac aps), and if what you say is true (and I'd assume you would know ;-) it
would not work because leaks only knows about Mac blocks.

Could be a handy feature to add to the simulator though!

(And if source is available, I'd love to add CRM support to it to allow
selecting virtual serial ports)
