I tried using the dateTableItem style, and found that what it displays does not follow the formats preferences setting for dates. I then looked at the table OS source, and discovered why: the 'm/d' format is hardwired into the code! Apparently the built-in To Do app does not use this table item style, because the due date column obeys the prefs date format setting. -- Roger Chaplin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
