This is a threading bug in the original PalmRez postlinker that was fixed in
a patch. You might want to download CW for Palm R5 Patch 1 from
www.metrowerks.com/support/updates (search by product for CodeWarrior for
Palm Computing platform 5) and download the Patch 1 from the subsequent
page. This should fix the problem.

The second problem with duplicate resources is prolly because of multiple
.rsrc files in your project. The 'uMWC' is a resource in the .rsrc project
that is used by Constructor. The linker will strip any duplicates out when
linking. Unfortunately, there is no way to turn the warning off without
turning warnings off altogether, but you can safely ignore it.
