I am not sure if it is safe to call AlmSetAlarm during a reset notify but
it seems like it should work. Perhaps give a little more time to the
alarm.
One note I can tell you is that sysAppLaunchCmdSyncNotify is ONLY sent if
your app has changes to it's database during the sync. So if this is a
simple app with no conduit you will NOT receive this Notification. I know
because I really wanted this notification in my AutoSync app but I have to
find another way to detect a sync.
