No one has a Palm-compatible WAP SDK at this stage as far as I know (I just
spent a few months working with various WAP SDKs).

Nokia, Ericcson, and a company called Dynamic something or other. Actually,
to clarify, these are not stacks, but applications SDKs. For stack vendors,
you might want to check the WAP Forum web site (www.wapforum.com).
