I don't know if it can be done on Windows (never tried it) but on the
MAC you can just compile a static library with CodeWarrior. Go to the
68k targets window and choose 'library' from the popup, then choose
PalmOS. Name the library as you wish. Also go to the target settings
and make sure that the Postlinker is set to none.
