Newbie question

I am an application programmer using Delphi/Pascal for my apps.  I have
a client that would like to have some of their sales force using
PalmPilots to send applications for leases via email.  What would be
helpful would be to have a template so the email had a pre-determined
format.

Can anyone comment on any options?

Is there a version of Java that will work on the PalmPilot?
