I have some files that contain resources which can be compiled by the PilRC
resource compiler. They contain assorted forms, buttons, etc. It all builds
nicely into a .prc using the GNU tools. Now, I want to pull those resources into
CW. Of course CW expects the file with the resources to be compatible with
PalmRez. Anybody have any experience or thoughts on how to convert it. I looked
at the MW home page and they had a dead link on their faq that might have
information on the Rez format. A web search yielded very little.
