Hi Glenn,

This is probably a known problem in PalmRez. Unfortunately there's a bug
when buiding bitmaps in Windows at 16 or 256 colors. The workaround is to
set your display to thousands of colors (16-bit colors or higher). You must
quit Constructor and the IDE as well. Restart the IDE, open the project,
remove object code (a MUST), rebuild and download again. In our tests here
this seems
to fix the problem. The problem has to do with palette frying and we are
working on getting this fixed.
