There is no "double click" event supported in the OS.  What is done in these apps
is that the penDownEvent is trapped and something is done when there are two
penDownEvents within a period of time within a desired set of coordinates  You
usually want your maximum period of time for a "double tap" to be somewhere from
500 ms to 1400 ms considering the UI and user you are after.  It's not that tough
to code, you just have to keep track of the time and the coordinates of the
tapping.
