FrmInitForm (from where does it load)

In reference.pdf under FrmInitForm it says,

"Load and initialize a form resource."

So this resource is loaded from the resource database that is part of the
PRC where my code resides?

How do I get FrmInitForm to load from another resource database?  Can I just
open another resource
database, and then call FrmInitForm (does it search the most recently opened
database)?

It seems like there should be an OS provided way to save and load forms
from/to resource databases.
Is there?
