There are lots of development tools that let me build bitmaps for palm
applications on a PC, but I can't find anything that runs on the Palm
itself. I'm thinking of something like ResEdit on the Mac: kids new to
the Mac would spend hours looking for the trashcan icon and then turn
it into a toilet or something.
I think my kids are about at that stage. :-)
(And their dad's never moved beyond it, but his excuse is that he's
developing Palm apps and wants to tweak the UI in place.)
