You don't bother to say what version of build-prc you are trying to build,
however that filename (.cpp) and those line numbers indicate that it is the
one from prc-tools-alpha-3. Hence:
1. Did you read the instructions on the web page or the README alongside
build-prc.cpp? Here's what the README says:
The build-prc here doesn't do anything useful yet -- use the old
one for now.
2. Did you think to contact the author listed at the top of build-prc.cpp
before spamming the list?
3. Do you actually know anything about Palm OS? Gee, I wonder what
dlpDBFlagCopyPrevention or dlpDBFlagStream could possibly be?!
It's pretty bloody obvious! (Hint: search the headers.)
If you *had* bothered to contact the author, I would have told you that
you are getting these errors because of the absence of a patch I sent to
the pilot-link maintainer last year that got lost in his inbox, and could
have sent you a copy. I might also have pointed out
4. Do you know how to read C or C++? If you read the file you're trying
to compile, you'll see that it currently doesn't do anything except
parse its arguments anyway.

Well, we agree on this one! But I think the joke is wearing thin, and I
don't think it's an appropriate subject for this forum. I think "how to
use the tools" and even "what features should the tools have" are of
general interest on this mailing list, but "help I can't build something
most of you aren't interested in building" definitely isn't.
We have a place for threads like this one: pilot.programmer.gcc. Please
use that newsgroup rather than emailing everyone every time you're too
stupid to build something. Hence, for this mailing list:
*plonk*
