Hi Ben,
I assume that you are using Palm R5, right? Normally the installer will just
remap file extensions to the last CodeWarrior installed but should not
interfere with shortcuts. However, since you mentioned that launching the
IDE from the Start menu also launches the newer IDE, did you install the
Java tools into the same Start menu folder group, or was it installed into a
separate group? BTW, you can open the appropriate projects with the
appropriate IDE (Palm with Palm, etc.) by either remapping them (very
tedious) or opening the IDE and dragging the project in question to the IDE
(on Windows at least).
