Palm OS 3.3a2 upgrade utility

I just downloaded and ran the OS 3.3a2 upgrade utility (Windows version for
Palm III) and I get to the point where it says "Tap the Reset button when it
appears on your handheld" ... but no such Reset button ever appears. Ideas?
