I seriously doubt it. You see the Palm is a Motorola 68532 based device.
To the best of my knowledge, CE on runs on X86, MIPS, and Risc devices.
Microsoft has considerable experience in the 68XXX world for MACs, but the
CE group seems to have overlooked this.
