I just downloaded the Palm OS 3.3b6 debug ROM and am using it with POSE 2.1d29 and Codewarrior R5 (with patches) on the Mac. Every time I debug I get the error "UIAppShell" (unknown version) reports "DataMgr.c, Line:2542, Records left locked in closed unprotected DB". This is true for my apps as well as the example apps (like the Expense application) so I'm pretty confident it has nothing to do with my code. If I hit "Continue", debugging goes along as normal. Has anyone else seen this same behavior? I also noticed that the heap display command "hd 0" (via the Codewarrior debug console) reports that the heap is corrupted: hd 0 <stuff deleted...> #ERROR: Invalid flags field in heap header #ERROR: Invalid chunk size #### ERROR: Heap Corrupted!! ##### This is true with even right after I have created a new emulation with the 3.3b6 ROM.
