Yes. The LCD Panel Interface Configuration Register (LPICF)
is at 0xFFFFFA20. (The source you posted has it as "PICF".)
On the 328 it was called PICF at the same address.
Watch out, though. Many of the other LCD registers have
changed locations. (Hmmm...I once posted a list of differences
between the 328 and EZ LCD registers, but can't seem to find it.)
