how to back up (and transfer) address book entries

     This isn't strictly a development question, but it's related to a 
project I'm working on.  If I have a large address book database, what's 
the quickest way to copy it onto another Palm device?  IR beaming seems to 
take too long.  Is there any way to use the address.dat file backed up onto 
my desktop to load it onto another device (or POSE)?
