Statellite Forms can be a bit delicate. I had a case where it gave me a
stack overflow message because I had the following statement inside a case
statement:
int more = 0;
That looks like a SF error messages. Try the brute force approach: use
their SF_InfoMsg function to print out error messages inside your
extension.
