Can I set the initial value of a new row in a table with TblSetItemPtr?
After calling TblInsertRow, and TblSetItemStyle (with text table item), I
think I should be able to set default values into the fields with TblInsert.
I have not found this to be the case. I have had to rely on callbacks with
TblSetLoadDataProcedure. As you may know, this is overkill for inital
values, becuase they are run each time the field is entered.
